Advantages of DINSE Robotic Welding

DINSE robotic welding torches offer a powerful blend of efficiency, durability and quality, combining to offer a cost-effective robotic welding solution. Engineered for high performance, these welding torches ensure precise and reliable welds, improving both productivity and the longevity of your automated welding solutions.

The adaptable design delivers a variety of lengths and directional torch ends, allowing for greater flexibility and access in hard-to-reach welding areas. This versatility enhances efficiency, enabling companies to manage different welding needs with a single-torch system.

The user-friendly features of DINSE robotic torches, like their interchangeable torch ends, make it easy to switch functions without the need for an engineer, thus reducing downtime and saving on maintenance costs. Furthermore, the precise alignment of the tool centre point (TCP) means that every adjustment maintains welding accuracy, contributing to consistently high-quality welds. In adopting high-performance welding torches like these, manufacturers can achieve precision welding that optimises output while ensuring durability and efficiency.

In the UK, Olympus Technologies provides these advanced DINSE torch systems, along with friendly specialist support.

A: DINSE systems transfer heat and current perfectly due to the choice of materials, combined with intelligently guided cooling media. Dual-circuit liquid cooling ensures they handle high amperages with minimal heat buildup, which is essential in automated, high-precision welding environments. This combination improves the longevity of the wear parts and the accuracy of the tool centre point (TCP) to a top level - even at high duty cycles.
A: The DINSE MIG/MAG models are modular, allowing easy interchangeability of torch ends and consumables. This adaptability means users can modify the torch configuration on-site, adjusting lengths and angles to meet specific welding needs without engineering support. For example, the robust trapezoidal thread makes it easy to rapidly change the gas nozzle. Screw the nozzle on and off with just 1.5 to 2 turns - significantly faster than normal threads.
Olympus Technologies provide specialist in-house guidance for DINSE products. If you have any queries about the DINSE range, we’re ready to discuss reliable and user-friendly solutions to your requirements.
A: DINSE sets have a screwable electrode on the gun head. This can be precisely cooled, enabling a reproducible TCP (tool centre point). The gun holders have high mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, are lightweight, and have excellent corrosion resistance. Due to their different lengths and angles, they are also suitable for different TCP. For a straightforward arc welding electrode exchange, gun holders are available in a foldable version.
A: Olympus holds DINSE Premium Partner status and is the UK’s authorised DINSE distributor. We guarantee genuine products and access to the latest torch models and upgrades. We’ve distributed DINSE products for three decades, and can confidently say we’re experienced with DINSE products, perfectly positioned to offer tailored guidance on torch selection, setup, and maintenance.
We also provide robust after-sales support, from troubleshooting to servicing, essential for maximising uptime and continuation of efficient operations. Being UK-based, we also offer quicker delivery and responsive customer service compared to international suppliers, again reducing lead times and helping you maintain productivity.
Our in-house DINSE expert Paul Walton has received training through the DINSE Academy and is primed to answer all customer questions, helping you optimise your welding automation process.
A: These key features distinguish DINSE as high-performance, cost-effective robotic equipment that will optimise your welding process:
Dual-circuit liquid cooling: The cooling medium flows through the entire length of the welding gun in annular channels. It thus cools the contact tip and gas nozzle particularly efficiently. The result: significantly longer service life and maximum productivity for longer welding with up to 550 amperes.
Efficient gas routing: All DINSE welding sets meet this requirement and include a separate shielding gas guide with recessed contact tip for optimum gas coverage, making gas losses a thing of the past.
Effective gas cooling: The gas flows in cascade through annularly arranged longitudinal channels over numerous transverse ribs to the contact tip. This intelligent design enables excellent cooling and maximum duty cycle for welding operations with up to 350 amperes.
Modular design: DINSE welding torch components can be flexibly combined. This means that you always receive torches that are optimally matched to the respective welding task.
