Our entire philosophy is to build relationships with customers to support them on their automation journey long into the future, and it means a lot to us that our customers recognise that we don’t walk away after the project paperwork is signed off.

We resolve 95% of these over the phone to minimise your production downtime. We only use high quality equipment and components, which keeps hardware problems to an absolute minimum.

We usually find that problems relate to customers wanting to develop their robot programs beyond what they were designed to do, or not understanding how to achieve something programmatically.

Telephone support contracts are offered to give you unlimited phone access to our engineering team. With a team of 15 engineers and technicians, someone is always available to help you over the phone.
