Cobot Laser Marker

Olympus Technologies offers a standard laser marking solution, currently integrated to the Tykma Electrox Laser Marking range of machines, though we can develop solutions with other laser marking manufacturers.

The solution can be used to laser marker a batch of product with the same image, or uniquely mark parts passing on a production line. Where customers require confirmation that the mark has been applied clearly, we can integrate a simple camera for this process.

Simply provide the cobot with a batch of products, and a cobot can work its way through the batch without any need for human involvement, placing the marked parts into a new outfeed location, or back to where they were picked up from. The more parts that the cobot can reach, the longer the process can be left unattended.
