The well-being of our team is at the heart of everything we do.

That’s why we’re committed to ensuring every team member feels supported, especially when it comes to mental health. To coincide with World Mental Health Day, we're proud to announce that two of our team members, Amie Walton and Gavin Jamieson have recently completed the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, equipping them with vital skills to provide support to others when it’s needed most. The rest of the team are lined up for their Mental Health First Aid training later this autumn, to help us continue to build an environment where everyone feels safe, heard, and cared for.

Supporting mental health isn’t just a tick-box for us - it’s central to our values. We know how crucial it is to be able to help one another and create a workplace where mental health is openly discussed and fully supported, because we believe everyone should have access to the right care when they need it.
