We are clearly in unprecedented and challenging times. Every single business is being impacted in some way, and faces its own unique challenges. We just wanted to update you on how Olympus Technologies is attempting to continue to support its valued customer base whilst following Government advice and maintaining the safety of our team.
The business remains open for companies wanting to discuss automation projects, although most staff are working from home. Phone calls to the office are being diverted and will be answered, although we would prefer to receive enquiries into firstname.lastname@example.org and orders into email@example.com.
A small number of staff are attempting to despatch orders daily, but we are not able to guarantee next day delivery at present. For information, our supply chain is currently operating pretty much normally, although some stock is taking a little longer to come in.
The Trade Counter remains open for gas and other sales, with appropriate social distancing arrangements in place to keep our staff and our customers safe. This is temporarily closing at 4.30 p.m. each Monday to Thursday, and 3.30 p.m. on Fridays.
Torch and machine repairs are also likely to take longer than normal. We apologise for the reduced service, and we hope you will understand, and bear with us.
