With the solution designed and the software written in-house, Olympus supports all welding power sources that we sell, and our partners offer local servicing and calibration. As an approved UR+ Software Developer and UR Certified System Integrator, we are the experts to look after your robot. Warranty support is provided fully from within the UK, and we visit customers when required to minimise disruption to your production.

They include their market leading dual circuit water cooling, extending the life of your welding consumables.
More than simply an interface, our software offers weld, stitch and tack functions, power source monitoring, management of parameters across programs and weaving options, with new features being added. The software is developed and maintained by our experienced engineers in Huddersfield. Olympus Technologies is one of only a small number of companies worldwide to be certified by Universal Robots to develop URCaps.
Unlike our competitors we offer a comprehensive range of power sources from the world’s leading manufacturers, designed for high-productivity and high-quality welding applications. Manufacturers we offer include ESAB, EWM, GYS, Kemppi & Fronius.
We offer as standard, a comprehensive bespoke 2-day UR welding training package based at our Huddersfield office with one of our expert welding engineers. After successfully completing the training package the operators will be able to independently operate the welding system to weld their own products, ensuring you quickly move into production once the equipment is installed by our team.
The Olympus UR Welding system offers the simplest programming interface on the market, even for inexperienced operators. All programming is done with touch screen menus, eliminating the need for any complicated coding or script. The robot itself can be manually pulled into position using a button on the welding torch, saving precious time when programming.
