Our Future of Welding: Live Cobot Demo, held yesterday at The Expanded Metal Company, was a great success - bringing together manufacturers, welding specialists, engineers and automation leaders from across the region.

Attendees were able to see a live demonstration of our collaborative welding system in action, showcasing how cobot automation can deliver consistent weld quality, increase output, and help manufacturers overcome labour and capacity challenges.

A major highlight of the day was the factory tour hosted by The Expanded Metal Company. Their team provided a rare and insightful look behind the scenes of their production facility, including the newly installed cobot welding cell operating in a real manufacturing environment. The tour prompted excellent discussions and demonstrated how practical and accessible automation can be for businesses of all sizes.

We extend a huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the conversation - and an especially big thank you to The Expanded Metal Company for providing such a fascinating and well-organised tour of their site.

If you couldn’t join us, you can still explore the possibilities of cobot welding:
