Our engineering team develops one or more concept solutions, including robot selection, tooling approach, cell layout, cycle time analysis and feasibility assessment. We present options so you make informed decisions.
Full 3D CAD design of the cell, tooling, fixtures, guarding and control architecture. We use simulation and offline programming to validate performance before any metal is cut.
All mechanical, electrical and software build takes place in-house at our West Yorkshire facility. This gives us full control over quality, lead times and the ability to test as we build.
Factory acceptance testing at our facility using your actual parts wherever possible. You see the system running before it leaves our workshop, giving confidence ahead of installation.
