Olympus Technologies are certified by Universal Robots to develop URCaps, one of only 9 companies worldwide to receive this accreditation.

We have written URCaps for our own bespoke products and software (cobot welding and palletising systems, oscillation software). These software plug-ins are overlayed on the base UR programming environment in order to simplify applications for customers.

We have also worked with partners to create URCap interfaces between the URs and Bosch Rexroth and Igus linear tracks, and a range of laser marking machines.

If you are wanting to advertise your product on the Universal Robot UR+ eco-system, then you will need to provide a ‘plug and play’ URCap interface.
